Borneo Landscaping & Grassing Golf Management Company is the first and only Golf Management Company in Brunei. BLG has been established for many years in Malaysia with a corresponding branch in Indonesia for the last 10 years. BLG provides professional, customer-focused service in Golf Course and Driving Range Management and Player Development
Golf Course Management
BLG has had years of experience in managing golf courses throughout Malaysia, Indonesia and recently in Brunei. BLG uses strategic planning in managing its golf courses. Each golf course is unique in character, location, amenities and reputation, therefore success requires careful planning and the strategic use of available resources to build an operating plan. Lately, our company has been
certified by Asian Tour for the first in Asia to provide the quality of golf course preparation for the Brunei Open in Brunei Darussalam.
From there BLG provided services to the international market. Pakistan, Indonesia at Ria Bintan, Macau Open, Shanghai, Vietnam & Cambodia where amongst the countries where BLG served.
Golf Course Maintenance
BLG believes that success in golf course maintenance reflects the realities of what the course is and the potential of what it can become. We strive to provide a first rate golf course for our customers and their clients by using the latest methods and equipment in tending to the greens and fairways and tee boxes, which include the importance of irrigation systems in order to make the Golf Course look lively and fresh for players.
Golf Maintenance Advisor & Analyst
Providing sound, professional advice on any matter concerning the operation of the Golf Facility is BLG’s award winning Golf Course Maintenance Advisor with years of experience and which has been specifically trained in Golf Course Maintenance. This includes analyzing the difference in maintaining golf courses in different types of climates in different regions.
Manpower
BLG has pooled the wisdom of extraordinarily talented people to tend to the needs of the overall course everyday. They have also been well trained in operating the complicated machinery used.
Machinery and Supplies
BLG uses the most hi-tech and up-to-date equipment for use in the maintenance of the course. We also have a workshop for this equipment should anything happen to the machines. A wide range of fertilizers and chemicals are also on ready stock for the use on the golf course. Our machines can be rented or leased depending on the function of the machineries and what is necessary to be used for the assignment.
Driving Range Management
The BLG Driving Range is a relaxed but modern 20 bay range. BLG ensures the smooth operation and cleanliness of each bay meticulously for a comfortable practice round at the range. Alongside Golf Course Maintenance, our skilled staff tends to the Greens of the Driving Range as well.
Driving Range Staff
BLG has hired and trained a Driving Range Operations Team of customer-focused employees. They are trained to give first-rate golfing experiences to our customers in many ways each day from filling balls into the bay, cleaning a club after use, offering a cold towel after a practice, serving a refreshment to thanking the customer for their business and inviting them back. Wifi, which
is part of daily use of IT user are also part of the package provided
at the Driving Range.
We arm these teams with unparallel depth of resources to free them from the mechanics of business, giving them more time to serve each customers unique needs and desires. Our employees strive to make our customers experiences outstanding everyday
Food & Beverage
BLG customers purchase atmosphere and experience, not just food and drink. BLG is aware that the Food & Beverage experience at our Driving Range is, many times, the most personal of interactions we have with a customer.

Aside from recommending teaching Golf Pros and Golf Instructors, we also support a junior golf program at the BLG Driving Range.

Overcoming Obstacles
BLG has experience in maintaining golf courses which have proper budget in maintaining the standard quality of a golf course which ends up in a win-win situation. We have aslo encountered golf courses where under-budget maintenance had been enforced due to financial constraints. Due to that, the maintaining standard of a golf course will obviously drop, and potential golfers who have the spending power in generating money on the golf course will also divert to other healthier golf courses within the state or region. In any circumstances BLG would do their part by giving reminders to the club management, what is important to achieve the goal of creating the crowd.
Past Experiences
BLG Maintains all types of golf courses. The last golf course maintained was a Jack Nicklaus course in the Malaysian region whereby our Golf Maintenance Advisor was awarded a Jack Nicklaus Certificate for maintaining the quality standards of a Jack Nickalus Golf Course.
